Drum sand screening machine production site

During use, the drum screening machine operates slowly and evenly, with minimal impact and vibration, stable operation, and simple installation. It can be directly placed on a flat ground or floor or under a silo.

The drum screening machine is easy to seal and collect dust, with small maintenance volume, simple maintenance, and long service life. It is a commonly used equipment for grading refractory materials, coal, river sand, and sand blocks.

The drum screen is composed of five parts: a hexagonal drum, a frame, a funnel, a reducer, and an electric motor. After the crushed stone enters the drum, on the one hand, it is screened as the drum rotates, and on the other hand, the larger sized stone flows forward along the slope of the drum, gradually being screened out through different mesh sizes. Small stones are sieved out and fall into their respective funnels, which are then manually transported or transported by gravity to the finished product pile.
