Working principle


The Impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact force to crush materials. When the equipment is working, the rotor rotates at a high speed driven by the motor. When the material enters the area of the hammer plate, it is crushed by the impact of the hammer plate on the rotor. Then it is thrown back to the counterattack device for crushing again, and then bounced back to the hammer plate area for further crushing. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the desired size and discharged from the outlet. Adjusting the gap between the counterattack frame and the rotor can change the particle size and shape of the material. The material falls directly into the high-speed rotating turntable on the top of the machine. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides with the flying stones distributed in an umbrella shape around the turntable. After mutual collision, the material will form a vortex movement between the turntable and the casing, causing multiple impacts, friction, and crushing. It is discharged from the bottom and forms a closed-loop multiple cycle until the required particle size is achieved.
